Linchpin: Are You Indispensable? by Seth Godin
Here is a book that may very well change your life. I’m not kidding.
I’ve been reading Seth’s work for a number of years. He’s an extremely thought provoking guy and his latest book is a testament to this.
Seth Godin writes about how people have been raised in a certain way, to become the next factory worker. He challenges people to be artistic and different. He challenges us to be indispensable and not like everyone else. He makes some great points and gets people to evaluate their career choices.
Pick up this book and give it a chance. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
I give this book 4 of 5 stars because it does get a little boring and could be summed up in many less pages. HOWEVER, I still think it was great.
